The anti-snoring device works by pulling the lower jaw forward to open up the airway. It is used during sleep to help prevent the jaw and tongue from dropping back into the throat and restricting the air passage – keeping the air-way open.

Snorer’s are most at risk of Sleep Apnoea – a condition where the restriction of air flow becomes so extreme that it completely blocks the airway many times throughout the night.

This narrowing of the airways – where the flow of air through the throat becomes restricted – produces the sound known as ‘snoring’.
